These terms cover (a) Connect Solutions Ltd's UniFi installation services as described in any signed proposal, and (b) the use of Connect's internal software tools - including the Connect Solutions Invoice Bot which integrates with QuickBooks Online.

About us

Connect Solutions Ltd ("Connect", "we", "us") is a Bermuda-registered business operating as Connect Ltd, based at 110 Middle Road, Paget, Bermuda.

Services to clients

Our installation services are governed by the specific proposal you sign. The proposal defines scope, equipment, total estimate, deposit, and balance. Final invoice will not exceed the estimated total by more than 20% without prior written approval from you. Equipment is covered by Ubiquiti's manufacturer warranty (1 year standard; up to 5 years with UI Care). Connect can manage warranty claims on your behalf for a service fee.

Payments

A non-refundable equipment deposit is due on acceptance of the proposal. The balance is due on completion. Payments are accepted by bank transfer in Bermuda. We do not store credit card information; if QuickBooks Online is used to collect payment, payment processing is handled by Intuit Payments under their terms.

Connect Solutions Invoice Bot (internal QuickBooks integration)

The Connect Solutions Invoice Bot is an internal-use-only software tool built and operated by Connect Solutions Ltd. It is not offered to other businesses, not listed on Intuit's App Marketplace for general installation, and is not available to third parties.

The bot is authorized only against Connect Solutions Ltd's own QuickBooks Online company file using Intuit's standard OAuth 2.0 flow.
The bot creates and reads invoices, customers, and items belonging to that company file. It does not access any other company's QuickBooks data.
Connect Solutions Ltd is solely responsible for the bot's operation and for any actions it takes on the QuickBooks company file.
Connect Solutions Ltd may revoke the bot's QuickBooks access at any time via QuickBooks Online's connected-apps settings.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Connect's services in any way that violates Bermuda law, infringes anyone's intellectual property, or interferes with the proper functioning of any networks or services we operate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connect Solutions Ltd's total liability for any claim arising out of an installation or our services is limited to the amount you paid Connect for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Changes to these terms

If we materially change these terms we will update this page and revise the "last updated" date. Material changes affecting an in-progress engagement will be communicated to you directly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bermuda. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bermuda.
